The first stage of developing a customer feedback loop is actually collecting data, and not solely relying on vision or anecdotal observations. Remember, your opinion is one amongst billions - test that opinion against others.
To drive this home, our challenge for you this week is to implement a simple customer feedback collection system in your businesses.
For example, create a Google Form (something like this - but tailored to your solution). Email your “current customers” list and ask them to provide feedback on their experience with your product or service.
